Lorraine has built a broad career across private and public sectors, including several local government roles. She brings extensive experience in administration and operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day business functioning. Highly skilled in organizing, planning, and managing administrative duties, Lorraine is proficient with a wide range of office management software and excels at customer and client engagement. She has managed the implementation of farm safety systems using Safe Ag and other platforms across Western Australia, Victoria and New South Wales. Her commitment to community service is reflected in previous volunteer roles as a lifeguard with the Port Macquarie Surf Lifesaving Club and as a Volunteer Ambulance Officer and Volunteer Development Officer with St John Ambulance WA. Lorraine holds Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety and Business Administration.
Steve’s career spans the agricultural sector and water resource management, with expertise in hydrology, modelling, irrigation system design, operation, water auditing, and water management planning and policy at federal, state, and local levels. He is passionate about sustainable resource use across agriculture, irrigation, and energy, and has led resource-efficiency initiatives—helping facilities reduce water, energy, waste, and labour—through private consultancy and government programs. Steve managed large scale cropping farms across Western Australia, Victoria and New South Wales and has provided consultancy to local, state, and federal government projects. He continues to pursue professional growth: he holds a Graduate Certificate in Project Management and is completing a Master of Project Management at Charles Sturt University and is an Exemplar Global Lead Auditor in Integrated Management Systems (Quality ISO9001:2015, Environment ISO 14001:2015 and OH&S ISO45001:2018). Outside his professional life, Steve is active and adventurous—he is a qualified Divemaster, a private fixed-wing pilot, and has served as Patrol Captain at Port Macquarie Surf Lifesaving Club as well as a Volunteer Ambulance Officer and Volunteer Development Officer with St John Ambulance WA.
